At Hadoken Labs Inc (“The Know”), your trust means everything to us. That is why we respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard information.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “Service” refers to The Know’s service which can be accessed via our website (“Site”) http://www.datesmarter.net and our Mobile Application (“App”). “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Company The Know. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Service.

By using our Site or App, you accept this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

The Know reserves the right to change this policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. You will be notified of these changes and can find the updated Privacy Policy on our App or on our Site.

This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers, and other third parties and vendors at our sole discretion.

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes, your Personal Information with third parties without your consent.

We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for The Know. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose information to another The Know user either on our Site, App, or through direct communication (for example on chat boards, or phone calls) that information can be collected and used by others. The Know is not responsible for any information you directly and voluntarily disclose to another The Know user.

The information we collect from you linking your Facebook (or other social media or website) account to your The Know account, often depends on the privacy settings you have enabled on those sites, so be sure to regularly check and update the linking sites and understand we are not responsible for those privacy policies.

7. Your Rights Regarding the Use of Your Information

You may edit your account information at any time by logging into your account and accessing the Settings page.

You may also cancel your account with us at any time and cancellation will be effective immediately. To cancel your membership, sign into your account and click the “Delete Account” button within the Settings page. Then follow the instructions.

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instruction provided in each promotional email.

Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by unsubscribing, we may continue to send you administrative emails including for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.

8.    Links to Other Websites

As part of our Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to services offered by The Know as well as our Site and App. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third party website accessed by selecting a link on our Site, App, or via our Service. To the extent that you access or use the Service through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use to that sire or application. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of other websites before proceeding to use them.
